17, 18, and 19 are sitting on the chassis (i.e. bottom half) of the 215 (flipped upside down -- you are seeing the underside facing out) which appears to be labeled as #26 in the photo. Then, below that (on the ceiling of the trench) is the upper part of a 215 cut in half.

Tamiya made a 1/35 M60 tank. Maybe the mystery part is from that? I have that kit and will check if I get a chance and can remember. . .
