King Tiger or Panther G if it's the part i was told it is.I just cant remember who told me now,but it's actually cut from a larger piece outa those kit's if it is infact the part.I haven't really looked into it myself yet but it could be correct.
The broken pedestal on the s/b side is an interesting one.Myself,i would think it was broken in some mishap and probably would have been there when the model was originally built.Just when was it broken,as the picture crop looks very early in the shuttles life,is the question.Not sure we get to see it on film or not?Most that i can think of showing that side is just the port side flipped.
