Hey, Doug. I don't know exactly what your plans for this are, but I'd just mount it from the bottom so you can see as many of the details, and greeblies unobstructed. With all the hard work that went into it, I know that you'll be proud of all the decals, paint, and all the research time you've put into this to make it what it is. This is something that you'll want to enjoy for a lifetime.
I know that it's also something that has small parts that can be broken off, so it'll have to be displayed somewhere that is permanent, and not accessable to small hands, or big hands that aren't careful, or to be trusted. It's too bad that no one makes a six inch version of this just for the office - I know you wouldn't want to display this one there! It's still a great conversation piece that should at least have a dust cover.
