Looking forward to seeing all the builds from Robs Pull set, cant wait to bounce info off someone else, its a lonely place building Slave but a happy place.... Still turning Over Id's with the new ref thats surfaced and as per usual pulling hair out over the vintage shots of the Vosper cover but its all in hand hopefully .

Managed to use the old not 100% approved Hull for some good paint tests, all very rushed as its about tone not quality but all the Paint RND has paid off so far with a great original Vintage Pallet being formed

But all that nonsense aside, you are doing great things with this.

Thanks Jase, got there in the end..

Made a big difference doing it from scratch again with fresh eyes. Its show me how much I don't know re building but will come together through time..its not a easy thing to get right even with all the hard work a few of us put in.... Was worth the wait and counting my blessings re it being all my own now

Another angle, the rear ramp and bulkhead turns out has 3 hatches !!

Finally in-between making a new paint company and quitting my job, I'm back on this, Canopy test being done asap and Armature pricing under way...let battle commence once again..

I'm a little late to the party, but that's not the exact same one. I have a lamp like this outside my neighborhood. It's about two minutes drive from my house - in front of my old credit union. THAT ONE looks just like the ILM  photo taken in Van Nuys. I'll see if I can get a picture of it before the city decides that it's too old and destroys it! I've been wanting to do that for a while. It seems that everytime I remember it that I don't have my camera with me.
