Hi all,
I'm just getting back into the hobby after about a 35 year hiatus. I'm based in Fresno, California. I'm a serial hobbyist - I seem to have picked up a dozen new maker-esque hobbies over the last ten or so years, but the modeling bug really hit me hard after I went to Star Wars Celebration 2015 (a birthday present from my fiancé for my 50th bday). My last "completed" model project was a mahogany Chis Craft boat, that came out surprisingly well. I'm currently about 80% complete with my first Sci Fi resin kit, an Atomic City large Aries 1B. The Chris Craft skills are really helping, here. I'm now looking to find more kits. It seems tougher to find kits than I though, so hoping to find more on this forum. Have a few on deck: deagostini Falcon, Salzo Y-Wing, Galactic Resin X-Wing, and a Rady Cooper Hopper. Looking forward to learning more from all here.
